MEET OUR PERFORMERS
Shipra Agarwal
Shipra Agarwal is a doctor-turned-writer from India, pursuing an MFA in fiction from ASU. Her work is published in Witness and The Rumpus, nominated for the PEN/Dau Prize and the Pushcart Prize, shortlisted for the First Pages Prize and the Iron Horse Long Story Prize, and supported by a Tin House Summer Workshop scholarship, Kenyon Review Writers Workshop, Sundress Academy for the Arts, and the Authentic Voices Program. Shipra is working on a novel-in-stories.
Angelina Mann
Angelina Mann is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation born and raised in Arizona. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Creative Writing and Spanish, and a minor in American Indian Studies, from Arizona State University. In the fall, she will return to ASU in its Indian Law Program, as a Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Scholar and an O’Connor Honors Fellow. Her creative work has been published in Peregrinos y sus letras and on the Devil’s Inkwell website.
Brandon Blue
Brandon Blue is a black, queer poet, translator, educator from the D(M)V. They hold a MFA in Poetry from ASU. His work has or will appear in Foglifter, Frozen Sea, &Change, and more. Their work is also featured in the Capital Pride Poem-a-Day event. His chapbook, Snap.Shot, has been published by Finishing Line Press and was named in Poetry Mutual’s Best Books of 2023.
